Shenandoah Telecommunications Company Enters In an Agreement to Provide Wireless Prepaid Services with Sprint Nextel

(EMAILWIRE.COM, July 09, 2010 ) Cheyenne, WY - During Thursday's trading session Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (Shentel) (Nasdaq: SHEN), had gone up considerably by 0.12 points or 0.68%. The trading started with a high of 17.920 and a low of 17.420. The organisation today announced that Shenandoah Personal Communications Company, which is its wireless subsidiary, has entered into an amendment to the present contract to let Shentel sell Boost prepaid wireless services and Virgin Mobile with Sprint Nextel. Boost prepaid and Virgin Mobile services and products will be available from July 11, 2010 from the Shentel wireless service via the stores of Spirit that is being controlled by Shentel. However, the average volume lay at 46,400 and the 52-week high was at 21.500. The 52-week low was seen to be at 15.560.
