Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ:ORCL) fell 1.13% to $29.20. Yesterday, the company announced that is has agreed to acquire Art Technology Group, Inc., through a cash merger for $6.00 per share, or approximately $1.0 billion. The transaction is expected to close by early 2011.
